Gombe 12" Now Playing Record Stand
Each of our 12" Now Playing Record Stands is designed to display the current album you are spinning on your turntable, and will be stable when a record sleeve is inserted into the angled groove in the stand. The stand will hold 7", 10" and 12" records.
Now Playing Record Stands are made from 4/4 lumber that is generally milled to aproximately 1" thick, which is then sanded and finished to perfection. The stands are typically 9 1/2" to 10" inches long and range from 4 1/2" to 6 1/2" wide. Each stand weighs approximately between 3/4 of a pound and 1 3/4 of a pound, depending on the type of wood the stand is made of. Clear rubber feet will be added to your Now Playing Record Stand before it is shipped.
The groove in the Now Playing Record Stand is designed to hold most abums. Due to varying thicknesses of albums, some very thin albums will have a hard time standing on thier own (add a second album to the groove to solve this problem) and some very thick 3LP albums will be too wide for the stand.
Important Note: Daffodil Designs does not recommend keeping any records in your album's sleeve when using the Now Playing Record Stand. While the stands are sturdy enough to hold the weight of the records, we wouldn't want any accidental damage to be caused to your vinyl.

- The grain pattern on the base will vary wildly from bin to bin
- The bases of the bins are generally knot free, but small cracks or knots may be stabilized with black epoxy
- The groove width is made to fit as many records as possible. Some thin albums may have trouble standing upright without additional support and some very thick 3LP albums may not fit in the groove at all.
