ABOUT DAFFODIL DESIGNS

Woodworking has been a passion of mine since I was a preschooler helping my dad with remodeling my parent’s first house, but Daffodil Designs was officially launched in my garage in 2023.
 

At that time, my son had just turned sixteen, which meant that I was spending considerably less time driving him and my daughter to and from school, sporting events, friends’ houses, and the mall. As I spent less time in the car I began spending more time on woodworking in the garage.
 

My other passion - collecting and listening to vinyl records - was also reaching an inflection point, with my collection growing to over 6,000 albums. I needed to start getting more creative with how I was using my space if my collection was going to continue to grow.
 

As I began creating handmade hardwood designs for my own record collection, I realized that combining my two passions – woodworking and vinyl records – was a calming way to find balance from the pressures of my day job.
 

With Daffodil Designs, it is my goal to create unique and high-quality products for you to showcase your own vinyl collection and appreciate while enjoying your listening space.
